Spring 2026 - Hebron Youth Rec League

The Hebron Flag Football League, as part of CT Flag, is a program open to Boys and Girls, 5-15 years old. Participants from any town can register for our program. The Connecticut Flag Football League (“CT FLAG”) is a non-contact youth flag football organization backed by NFL Flag and USA Football.

Recreational League for Ages 5-15 (age as of Jan 1, 2026)

This is a recreation league, so there are no tryouts or cuts. No previous experience is necessary.

WHERE: The spring season games and practices will be played at Gilead Hill School, 580 Gilead Street, Hebron, CT 06248.

WHEN: Games are played on Sundays between 10am and 6pm. Each team will have one, hour long practice per week on a night scheduled by each individual coach.

WHAT: Players are placed on teams at random, with consideration given to age and years of experience.

Your registration fee covers the practices and games (~7 weeks), a team jersey, flag belt and flags, use of the fields, certified officials, interactive website, organized administration, and a lot of FUN for you and your child!

Required Equipment:

Mouthguard - CT flag offers the option to purchase one through registration, or parents may purchase from another vendor.

Protective headgear - CT Flag requires players to wear protective head gear during games. Parents can purchase a softshell helmet or a protective headband. CT Flag offers several discounted purchase options that you will receive upon registration.

Cancelation Policy Reminder: For registration cancelations prior to registration closing, fees will be refunded in full, less a $25 administrative fee per player. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received after registration closes.
