YOUTH RECREATIONAL COED INDOOR LEAGUE

2026 WINTER INDOOR SESSION 1 - WINDSOR YOUTH COED LEAGUE

Based in Windsor, the Windsor Flag Football League, as part of CT Flag, is a program open to Boys and Girls, 5-15 years old. Participants from any town can register for our program. The Connecticut Flag Football League (“CT FLAG”) is a non-contact youth flag football organization backed by NFL Flag and USA Football.

Recreational League for Ages 5-18 (age as of Jan 1, 2026)

This is a recreation league, so there are no tryouts or cuts. No previous experience is necessary.

WHERE: The winter indoor season games will be played at the Day Hill Dome, 875 Day Hill Road, Windsor, CT.

WHEN: Games are played on Sundays between 10am and 3pm. The season will begin with a Kick-Off Clinic on December 7th. The season then begins on December 14th with 7 total games (including playoffs). All teams make the playoffs!

WHAT: Players are placed on teams at random, with consideration given to age and years of experience. Buddy/Coach requests are considered, but not guaranteed and are limited to 7 per team in an effort to achieve competitive balance between the teams. Each team will have one 30-minute practice and play one 40 min game each week.

Your registration fee covers the Kickoff Clinic and games (7 weeks), a team jersey, flag belt and flags, use of turf fields at New England's top state-of-the-art facility, certified officials, interactive website, organized administration, and a lot of FUN for you and your child!

Required Equipment:

Mouthguard - CT flag offers the option to purchase one through registration, or parents may purchase from another vendor.

Protective headgear - CT Flag requires players to wear protective head gear during games. Parents can purchase a softshell helmet or a protective headband. CT Flag offers several discounted purchase options that you will receive upon registration.

Cancelation Policy Reminder: For registration cancelations prior to registration closing, fees will be refunded in full, less a $25 administrative fee per player. There will be no refunds for cancellation requests received after registration closes.
