Mom's Flag Football League - Spring 2024
The CT Flag Mom's Flag Football League is for women ages 25 and older who are looking to get out, have some fun with friends (and make some new ones) and show your kids that you still got it!!!
Here are the changes from last year...
* We will have two divisions of 4 teams each.
* One division will be a "Recreational Division", playoffs will be optional.
* One division will be a "Pro Division" for women looking to play competitively. The Pro Division will have playoffs at the end of the regular season and the winners will receive championship rings.
* Protective headgear and mouth guards will be REQUIRED for the Pro Division and optional for the Recreational Division. We offer the Syzmik X7c as an option at a reduced cost only for registered participants of our league. You can purchase any brand of protective head gear that you so choose.

Schedule: Games will follow our Windsor youth schedule and be played on Sundays around 5-6pm.

Team Registrations & Individual Registrations Welcome - IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER A TEAM, PLEASE READ THIS.
- Team registrations: If you are the coach, you will register yourself and select the role of "Coach". Once you have completed registration, you will then be sent a Team Code for you to share with your fellow teammates. We require a minimum of 10 women on each roster. Maximum number of players is 15
- Free Agents: Free agents will be able to register as well. Simply select the free agent option. Please read the FAQs regarding Free Agents below
Cost & What's Included
Registration is $125 per player, and includes 8 regular season games and playoffs (everyone makes the playoffs). Each player will receive a customized dri-fit jersey/shirt with your name and number and a flag belt that they will keep at the end of the season.

What happens when I sign up as a Free Agent?
Our staff will work hard to either create a team made up of other free agent players or try to place you an existing team that needs players.
What happens if I don’t get placed on a team?
We pride ourselves on creating opportunities for people, BUT it does not always happen. You will get a full refund if we are unable to place you.
Can I request to be put on the same team as a friend?
Yes! We offer team registration. If you are the first person in the group to register choose the “Team Registration” option and create a team name. Once you’ve completed the registration process other members of your group will be able to register. The rest of the group must make sure to choose the group name that you created when registering and will need the team code you are assigned.
How do I know if I’ve been placed on a team?
You will receive an email notification that you have been placed on a team along with that team’s info.
What do I do if I have not received any notifications of team placement and the league is getting ready to start?
We do our best to let you know one way or another if you have been placed on a team. However, if the league start date is less than a week away and you have not heard anything from us please contact us at:

If I don’t get placed on a team is there any other way to find a team?
Yes. You can go to our Facebook page and join the CT Flag Moms Flag Football League group. You can post a comment there that you looking to play in the league to see if anybody needed a player or they maybe just need a sub. It’s possible to have free agents go out to leagues one night just as a sub and end up finding a team for the rest of the season. You never know!
