We hope this note finds you and your family healthy and well.

In response to the Governor’s news last week to push the re-opening of schools back to May 20^th we have decided to reset our start date to May 23^rd.  If we cannot start on May 23^rd, we will cancel the season. 

In an effort to be as transparent and informative as possible, below are some scenarios related to today’s update.

• Starting the season on May 23^rd will mean that we will in all likelihood end the season on July 12^th.The plan would involve playing mostly on Sundays as planned, with some games being on Saturdays.The schedule will potentially include some double-headers as well.
• In the event that the season is cancelled, we will offer several options.
  • Transfer registration to the fall season
  • Received a full credit to any future season (Spring or Fall)
  • Request a refund.
• Any requested refunds will be subject to a $5 service fee.All refunds will be issued in the form of a check sent to the address that was used during registration.

Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding during these unique and challenging times.  As I’ve said before, our objective is to be part of the solution for kids as we eventually begin to return to a state of normalcy and we continue to be optimistic for the days ahead.
